TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
Please note that
we only take cash or cheques, though cash to the guide on the day of the
tour is preferred. All of our invoices are to be paid within 30
days of issue.
Travel expenses
should be paid to and from airports and for pick up from (and/or drop
off to) venues outside Windsor. Please advise if any travel is required of
our guides and we will aim to attach original receipts/tickets to all of
our invoices.
Cancellation
fees:

7 days
notice or less, 50% of booked fee

48 hours
notice or less, full booked fee as negotiated
We accept no
liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or
consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our guides’
negligence, in which case our liability is limited to a maximum of the
tour cost.
We may at our
discretion require a person to withdraw from any tour if we deem their
conduct to be offensive or to cause annoyance to other members of the
group and we shall have no further liability in relation to such
members. |
